Every container that leaves our facility — new or rebottled — meets strict quality standards. We invest in rigorous inspection and rebottling processes because your operations depend on container integrity.
New IBC Totes & Drums
New containers arrive from certified manufacturers and undergo incoming inspection before being added to inventory. We verify UN/DOT markings, check for shipping damage, test valve operation, and confirm all caps and gaskets are properly seated.
Rebottling Process
Rebottled IBC totes go through a multi-step process that pairs a brand-new HDPE inner bottle with an inspected cage and pallet:
- Cage & Pallet Inspection — Visual and structural inspection of the steel cage and pallet base. Units with bent frames, broken welds, or cracked pallets are rejected and recycled.
- Exterior Cleaning — High-pressure wash of the steel cage and pallet to remove labels, dirt, and residue.
- New Bottle Installation — A brand-new FDA-compliant HDPE inner bottle is fitted into the inspected cage. This provides a food-grade interior surface.
- Component Assembly — New gaskets, valve assemblies, dust caps, and butterfly valves are installed. All components are unused.
- Pressure Test — Each tote is pressure-tested to verify the new bottle and valve assembly hold without leaks.
- Final Inspection — Visual and functional inspection of the complete unit. UN markings are verified. Totes that do not pass are rejected.
